Margie's Cuisine is a Hispanic, and Latina-owned restaurant and cafe nestled in the heart of Southern Pennsylvania near the charming Longwood Garden serving Colombian and American comfort food in a cozy space. Margie started her culinary path in 2018. Back in Colombia, she had all of her favorite childhood foods like arepas and empanadas. When she moved to PA, she really missed the taste of home so she began recreating recipes passed down from her grandma and soon discovered that she had a passion and talent for cooking. She started with doing popups where she quickly gained popularity and then in January of 2022 she had the opportunity to open her brick and mortar. She took a leap of faith and now Margie's Cuisine is a staple of the Chadd Ford's community and beyond.
